Реферат:
Few-layer graphene samples have been obtained by a thermalexpansion of bromine-intercalatedfluorinated graphite with aC2F matrix composition at 600, 700, and 8008C. X-rayphotoelectron spectroscopy detected that the products con-tained almost the same quantities of foreign atoms indepen-dently on the exfoliation temperature. However, the Ramanspectra showed a progressive increase in the relative intensityof the D mode with the temperature growth. This was attributedto more edge states developed in graphene planes at the highertemperature. Thinfilms from obtained samples were tested assensors using 1000 ppm nitrogen dioxide (NO2) in argon. Thefilm from few-layer graphene produced at 8008C had thelargest relative response, while its recovery was quite low atroom temperature. The sensor performances were related withthe structural characteristics of the exfoliated graphenes.
