Реферат:
The effect of initial and oxidized carbon nanohorns on microviscosity of rat erythrocyte membranes and the viscosity of the water-containing plasma protein matrix by the method of spin probes is studied. Introduction of nanohorns in concentration of 100 μg/ml into erythrocyte suspension results in an increase in membrane microviscosity during four hours (about 60% effect). In addition, it was shown that nanohorns influence on increasing polarity of microenvironment for lipophilic probes in the outer layer of membrane phospholipids and disorders erythrocytes membranes. Introduction of nanohorns in plasma leads to a slight reduction in the viscosity of water and protein matrix, apparently, due to its partial destruction, especially macromolecules serum albumin. The cytotoxicity of pristine and oxidized nanohorns was evaluated as the higher, compared to the nanoparticles of oxidized graphene and significantly lower than the carbon nanotubes, which are capable of dramatically increasing microviscosity membranes disrupt erythrocytes and their integrity.
